I’m not sure how many times I have entered this soft moc only to be greeted(or not) and then left to chase after someone for a size, even when the store is empty. The service is awkward and I always feel like I am bothering them. The selection is standard soft moc — lots of converse, rainboots, moccasins, and birkenstocks. The problem is that if I don’t feel like they want my business, I will take it somewhere else.

So here I was in this store once again to try and get a different shoe size for my daughter’s Running Shoes, And Guess what they didn’t have the size BUT another Soft Moc had the size that I was looking for. So l asked the young lady behind the cash register if she could get the shoes in my daughter’s shoe size sent over to their location from Vaughan Mills and you will never guess the answer she gave me… ooh Duh Nope we don’t do that… what the heck what era are we in???

It’s time to embrace the winter. Time to wrap those footsies in cushy warmth. Soft Moc is a great choice for buying boots. Boots! Slippers! They’ve got ‘em all! Last year I bought a pair of Merrell boots at Soft Moc and I’ve started wearing them already this year. I get so many compliments on those boots, but they’re also so comfortable.

This Soft Moc on Bloor isn’t a particularly big shoe store, but it’s clean and tidy, and still doesn’t have too bad of a selection. I was last here to buy a pair of Blundstones, and the staff was quick in helping me out. Since Blundstones are themselves a no-brainer kind of boot – it doesn’t take long to make sure they fit okay – I was in and out of Soft Moc in about ten minutes. It’s hard to say more about the transaction other than that it was efficient, but that’s hardly a bad thing.
