I recently bought a backpack here and I got a great deal. The girl who works here was really helpful. Great store with great quality bags and clothes. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I love my Roots backpack.

There are two kinds of Roots stores.
The larger stores, like those on Bloor Street and the Eaton Centre, are where I buy my hokey Canadiana, hooded sweateshirts (Casual Friday approved) and nurse my leather jacket addiction.
The smaller stores, that pop up along Yonge Street, or in malls, are where I usually return items that don’t fit, rejected gifts, or leather jackets that don’t pass the «Why do you need another leather jacket» test (thanks to She Who Must Be Obeyed).
Sure, the merch is the same as any other Roots location, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
