This is my favourite Michael Kors location. Last year I purchased a couple of purses and a couple of pairs of shoes that I am happy with. Overall, Kors quality should be better for what they charge, but that speaks to the company, and not this particular store. I asked for a discount for the second pair of shoes since I was buying so many things, and the customer service representative was nice, asked the manager, and gave me a discount. I did end up having a minor issue with a purse. I called MK customer service and they were not helpful (# from web site). I called the store location, she contacted someone in head office from Canada, and they called me back and asked me which location I wanted to get a replacement at. Just FYI, if you are buying a coloured purse, pretty much most of them, be wary of wearing them on white because they will likely stain.
