It’s a good place to have bubble tea. I tried hot chocolate tea with tapiocca beads. the tea was wonderfull, the service was very good and the place is quiet. Its a wonderful place to hangout.

It’s quite a difficult assignment to get my Friend to ‘Chill Out’. This place was one of the rare times where she was quieter than I was. Maybe the environment reminds her of the Zen-like Yoga Studio. Peace & Quiet is such a hard objective to complete these days. I’ve passed by this Kennedy/Sheppard plaza quite a few times lately and it might have been off nights but this Teahouse is a lot less active than the larger-scale Teahouse(Go for Tea, Destiny, Ten Ren). This is what I personally look for in a Teahouse because I’m more traditionally minded when it comes to Tea sharing and conversations. Don’t let me fool you, it’s not a full-on traditional Teahouse where you have OLD Men sipping Chinese Tea while you can hear the Flies buzzing around because it’s so quiet. This one has your typical Chinese Pop Music in the background. Lunch Special Food Menu in general I think I will forego next time around as the Taiwanese 3-cup Chicken($ 6.99) although look half decent, was barely edible. The Menu is your typical Bubble Teahouse Taiwanese Food such as Popcorn Chicken, etc… The Drinks were A-OK as I did taste Green Tea in my Milk Tea. Look at the photos posted to see the comparison of Small to Large cup size. I chose Large since we had time to spare and I noticed they have Reading Material available. Btw, I did notice a Coffee Contraption on the counter near the front doorway. It looks to be used for Individual Fresh Brew. It looks quite FANCY so I might have to make a special afternoon trip there sometime.

Juicy Teahouse is a nice and quiet little bubble tea place where you can enjoy one of the large selections of tea and fruity drinks from their menu and read some magazine and just chill out. It is empty aside from us on a late Sunday afternoon… So quiet. even the music is low… more like a soft background. Fashion Magazines are quite current(Nov issue) from Taiwan and all in good condition. There are a few board games available if you really want to play one and beat your friend badly… I would rather just chill out and do nothing. The drinks are A-OK. The Whatever($ 4.99) I ordered is a fresh strawberry fruit blended drinks. I just could not make up my mind since there are so many to choose from so I let the nice waiter/food preparator pick for me. I would definitely not going to order any food from here! Taiwanese-Style Three Cup Chicken with Rice($ 6.99) is so so… the rice is hard and cold… the chicken is rather bland… I don’t expect much because this place is really small and does not even have a real kitchen. Juicy Teahouse is going to be a place where I can have a little fruity drinks while waiting to meet up with my friends… BTW, the plaza is a little seedy and dark at night…
