Epoca Hair Group

Went to Epoca for the first time today and had a great experience. I had my hair cut by Robin and was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend and I will be going back.

I Love Robin at Epoca, she’s been my stylist for about 3 years now and never disappoints. She always takes the time to listen to me and the end results are fantastic. I’ve had very short and now i’ve grown it out and she’s amazing at getting the exact look i’m going for. I’ve never had to wait and am always able to book in no problem.

This was my go-​to salon for about a year. I finally found another stylist elsewhere after I had been kept waiting a long time for my appointment two visits in a row. First of these — waited 30 minutes, second — waited 45 minutes (8 months pregnant at the time and very uncomfortable). I then felt as though my appointment was rushed. Not nice considering the price you pay for a cut. Disappointed.

Great service. Nice staff and very cool ambience. Liz is a great stylist for men. She has an amazing technique and does a great job in every haircut that I received. Definitely recommend her, specially if you are picky with your haircuts. Way to go Liz and thank you.

I am in love. With my new hair cut. Courtesy of Robin (only stylist by that name at Epoca). I came in here last week. She sat with me for a few moments to discuss what I wanted. She came up with a game plan. And an hour later, I had not only a fantastic hair cut, but I was able to duplicate it ON MY OWN the very next day! This hair cut makes me look like I’ve just stepped out of a salon, every single day. I love it here, and I love Robin and will be a repeat customer for sure!

I live right around the corner, so sheer convenience brought me to epoca.
I loved it, its simple and minimilist, doesn’t feel snotty or frilly.
I had an amazing americano while getting my hair done.
Karla did my color which was the nicest tone of honey, and not yellow at all! I have very thick hair that sometimes takes hours for full highlights and she did it very quickly! I only paid 150.00 for a full head, and other salons have charged me extra for thick hair in the past.
Rocco did my hair cut and delivered exactly what I communicated to him. Haircut was 50.00,which was less than i expected to pay for my experience.
The staff was friendly and polite :)
I love that they give cash back so I dont have to remember to go the atm to tip!
I often feel overwhelmed or self conscious at the hair dresser, but I had a wonderful experience!
Ps, Just wanted to say I went for a second time and was just as happy! Karla did my hair again, and this time I paid a little more for a senior Hairstylist! Robyn was amazing and gave a consultation that I really appreciated, And she actually cut my bangs perfectly! (im hard to please in that department!) Still love it!!!

I’ve been getting my hair styled by Robin for 3 seasons now, and have enjoyed consistency in service. She and the rest of the staff in this salon know what great service is all about! So even if it’s a good distance from where I live, it doesn’t matter. :)

Best hair stylist in Toronto! I have been seeing Domenic (one of the owners) since this salon opened. Even though I no longer live in Toronto, when I’m back I always make sure I get in a hair appointment with him. No one has ever been able to make my hair look as good.
A great feature of this salon is that they focus heavily on training and developing their staff, so even if you can’t get your hair cut with one of the seasoned stylists there, you are guaranteed a hair cut that would meet their standards. Another plus for me is that they separate their stylists and colourists, this means that you are always getting treatment by someone who specializes in their craft.
You will not regret giving this salon a try.
