David is the best photographer ever. And this is coming from slightly vain artist. He captures magic and is just amazing to work with. I love him. Unicorns.

David is the best. I shot with many photographers before him and had a hard time selecting a shot that I considered good enough to use to represent me, David’s shots gave me so many great options I have a hard time narrowing it down to one or two. David has ways to keep you relaxed and gets the best out of you. I’ve now used him more than once, and he is the only person I will go to. Since I started using him to do my headshots, the amount of auditions I get in a year more than doubled. It’s amazing how much of a difference a good headshot makes. If you’re serious about acting and want to book work, you need to be seen, headshots are the way in the door, a good shot will get you in the audition room, a bad or mediocre shot wont. David’s shots get you seen… actually, scratch that, do a selfie, or go to someone who is not David… less competition for me.

Okay photos, but is unprofessional and inappropriate. The work is merely okay. There are plenty who do as well or better.

ive been to david twice now, quite a few years apart, for actors headshots and they both turned out brilliantly. i even had a few from which to choose each time. if you are going to go for a headshot session he might very well photograph you in his studio, with lots of light, high ceilings, great textural surroundings in the background or he might whisk you outside to some back alley/​industrial spot to shoot a roll or two. basically if you allow him to lead, he will.
in the best way possible, i say, hes a nutbar. theres no way he could possibly be offended by this comment, considering the promotional video he has on his website.
in addition to headshots, david is quite well known as a photographer — ive spotted him a few times at the molson amphitheatre covering the stars.
in terms of cost, for headshots its not cheap, but you wont be disappointed.
