There’s nothing more bowel-​clenching than having your hard drive crash with all of your files gone without backup. That’s truly a great day to have. Once you have gone through your entire litany and back catalogue of swear words that make you sound like a sailor and a Teamster having a «Cuss-​Off», you’ve got to go find help. Thank God I was able to find this place.
I’d come across them before when I was looking for a new battery for my Toshiba laptop. They ordered it in for me and the order placement was relatively fast, all things considered. So, this was my introduction to them. In my visits in, though a small shop, the place was always filled with folks looking for parts, service, or both.
Then the day came where my world collapsed.
My hard drive went boobs up and I had all of my creative work and financial records stored in inaccessible zeros and ones on flaccid hard drive. So, I called the one place I knew had helped me before with my laptop issues. Not only were they able to replace the hard drive entirely with one more than twice the size, but all my data was recovered and placed on the new drive as new. I’ve since kept their business card, for just such emergencies.
