Terrible experience here. Two days in a row they missed appointments and were closed without explanation. For a store that is seeking to attract high end merchandise and clients a HUGE fail. Walked in prepared to put some designer stuff on consignment and to purchase some other items but given this experience there is no way. Headed back to carousel and cat’s meow — much better options.

I am not sure I’d go out of my way to visit Coco’s Closet. It was all right. A bit small, actually, smaller than Haute Classic’s original location(their new location at St. Clair Station is bigger!). For me, it’s a convenience thing. You have to take a bus from the station(Jane) to get here, and walking 5 blocks is not my idea of «close» to the station, so it kind of puts me off. If it was RIGHT at the station I wouldn’t be so grumpy about it I guess. The pieces in there were okay. I think I found maybe 2 pieces I’d actually want to try on, but the rest were boring not as interesting and only there for the labels(obviously). They also looked a lot older than stuff at other consignment shops. I can’t say I’d come back on purpose. There’s nothing else in the area but that shop and a little pastry shop which was just«meh». Maybe during the summer once or twice more, just to see what they have. RIght now I’m feeling like I’d rather spend my trips browsing other consignment shops like Haute Classics.
