Cloakroom

One of my favorite places! Cloakroom has a great variety of trendy brands and styles not to mention the friendliest staff. It’s located conveniently on Yonge street slightly north of the Summerhill subway with easy street parking nearby. You will always be greeted when you walk in the door but they aren’t pushy at all, just super friendly. It’s like shopping with girlfriends but they have an eye for what looks good on you (and will let you know). They are always bringing in new stock so go regularly.
Personal fave — my anorak that I can wear spring, summer and fall. Close second, my new Lovely Bird wool hat.

Lovely store with lots of unique pieces. I absolutely love their jewellery. Last time I went there, I got a very nice pair of sunglasses from the store and all my friends wanna know where I got it from! The shop owners are super friendly and nice too! :)

This review is late in coming but I thought I would still put in my two cents. I went in to find a dress for New Year’s eve. The selection was great and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Though they didn’t have my size in the dress I liked the saleswomen was super friendly. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

I stumbled upon Cloakroom by accident — I was walking by one evening when they were having a holiday party and decided to check it out, because who can resist the words «sale» and awesomely dressed mannequins, right? I wasn’t disappointed, and have been a frequent shopper here ever since.
The shop owners have a great eye for interesting and stylish pieces that work for the office, parties, or casual events. What i love about Cloakroom is its incredible mix of basic staples and hard-​to-​find lines that you won’t find in your average Toronto boutique such as Good Hyouman, Minkpink, Maurie and Eve, etc. They also have wicked accessories and bling! Personal favourite purchases so far include a La Mer leather wrap watch, and some beautiful necklaces by Shlomit Ofir. I’ve also found that the sales associates never feed you that usual «ohhh that looks AMMMAZZING on you» when your butt clearly looks larger than life in it. I’ve always had a positive, honest, and really enjoyable experience with their staff which is really important to me.
