Took a shirt there the other day, got it back with some unknown clear stain on it, I assumed it was some sort of cleaning product(would upload a picture if I could), took it back and got violently spoken to by a crazy Italian who kept saying«You undersan mi?!» and bragging about how he had kicked clients out of his DRYCLEANING business before. In the end he didn’t offer me a refund nor did he apologize. Although, when I had first entered the establishment he claimed it was a stain from tomato juice and by the end he was convinced it was an oil stain(which seems a bit too different to mistake one from the other). On the other hand, he did mention that I could pay once again to clean the stain, but as I didn´t want to invest or risk the integrity of my shirt(for the oil/juice/unicorn excrement stain) I decided to say no in the politest way possible, in fear for my own safety, and left, after exchanging a threatening handshake.

OK, service is fine and they launder the shirts right there. At $ 3.27(tax in) per laundered shirt, I’m probably going to look for an alternative soon. Suggestions encouraged.
