This is an outlet store. It’s 2 stories. We went looking at major appliances and we are told that all of them are all floor models that have a few scratches and dents. I didn’t really see any major or minor damage. Prices are really attractive. 45%-55% is available. Looks fine but we haven’t bought anything yet. They have a lot of models that I did not see online or in store. I think this store was a regular Sears a long time ago. If you need a regular Sears, I believe the closest one is at Fairview Mall, located at Sheppard and Don Mills. Thank you

This Sears outlets is located at a prime area. Good prices on some general merchandise. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

This is an outlet location. The sales support is near non-existent. The merchandises are just laid around in messes. This is not a good place to buy any day to day things; you can’t even find things or sort through things. You should only consider this store if you are looking for a deal on major purchases, such as furniture(non matching), mattresses, appliances and bikes. For furniture, I find their selection of recliners very impressive. They also carry good deals on mattresses, and even better deals on box springs. Seriously, where else do you get box spring for less than $ 100?

The clerk I had, in response to the review below, was actually very nice and appreciative. For a schlock store, this place could make better use of space — there are a lot of empty areas. However, what is occupied has a good selection of stuff. I found a nice pair of shoes for $ 30, a flannel shirt for $ 11 and some miscellaneous household goods. It seemed better than the Sear Outlet store in South Etobicoke. I would suggest sticking to boxed household items and clothing as the larger items such as furniture seem to be mostly damaged goods(and not that much of a bargain, for that matter). This is attached to a small mall hosting the popular Congee Queen restaurant in its lot, but I did not have time to really look around there.

This Sears location is actually the Sears outlet store. If you can get over the junky, low rent look you can find lots of deals here. I stayed on the main floor which has the appliances, curtains, bed coverings, etc. There was a good selection in each category. So unless you’re extremely picky you’ll be able to find something you like. Be prepared to do some digging though! As can be expected, customer service is quite basic. With some surly clerks & a few chipper ones. We went on a Sunday & there weren’t any lineups, despite a decent amount of people milling around window shopping.
