Live nearby and have tried calling a couple times for a pick up order. Both times I’ve been put on hold and no one ever comes back to continue my call. I can hear shouting and gossip in the background, I just end up hanging up. Poor service . There are many other pantrys which are managed better.

This restaurant is the WORSTRESTAURANT my husband and I have been to in a long time. We were there at about 5PM(a normal time for dinner) and although the restaurant wasn’t busy, the waitress was VERYSLOW. She couldn’t take the time to talk to us(we are 47 yrs and 50 yrs), but she had the time to talk to all the other seniors in the restaurant in her section. The food was okay, but nothing spencil, l had the fish and chips and was just given about one mouthful of coleslaw and was told we could have more, for a price, and that the amount on my plate was just meant as a garnish. My husband had a club sandwich and at any other place that we have been to, a club sandwich is a triple decker sandwich, but not here. Both dinners were VERYOVERPRICED. We will NOTBEGOINGBACK!

Asked for a hamburger for our son without cheese, received a hamburger with cheese. Server was kind enough to take it back to bring back the hamburger only with the cheese scraped off. Poor management. Poor service. Poor food.

Just like it says: meh. I’ve experienced better. I drive by The Pantry ALL the time and was totally expecting it to be a modern and allergy-friendly restaurant. Nope. They had no gluten free menu and our waitress didn’t know what I was asking about. Not only that, the place was soooooo old-fashioned-looking inside. I felt like I was transported back to the 90s. Luckily, they had breakfast for dinner, so that was a little redeeming. Also, their milk shakes were quite tasty. Overall, not such a fan. But we have a gift card, so I’ll be back.
