Great facilities & uninformed staff.
I’ve tanned here in the winter months and always had a great experience. Nice facilities, clean, and easy to book. With recent package and pricing changes, it made sense to commit to a monthly package. When I went to cancel it, the staff assured me it was stopped. Fast forward to next month, I was charged. I went back in and asked for it to be stopped, and I was assured it was stopped. Fast forward to next month, charged again. I emailed head office and they explained it is up to me to get written confirmation that it’s cancelled. OK. Since I was unable to quote the day, time, and staff name when I cancelled I am stuck with the charges. The onus is on you to be more informed than the staff.
In short, great place to tan but don’t give them your credit card.

I am so happy that they have a location in Surrey. I have been going to Sunscape for the last 3 years now because my girlfriend had recommended me (the Yaletown location) and I’ve been hooked ever since! The staff is knowledgeable, they always recommend the best length of time in the beds so I don’t burn. I’ve been hearing about the new trend of spray tans… And yes I was skeptical of trying the spray tan because I thought I would go orange and I was uncomfortable of another person spray tanning me, they made me feel so comfortable for the level of colour to choose and to top it off it was a machine so I was worried for nothing! The colour looks good, and I was not streaky or orange at all going to the Bahamas! Highly recommend this place for all your tanning needs, not to mention they got me to try the spray tans so I can alternate to a healthy glow before vacations!

Just leaving the Langley location and I am amazed! As a Felion, I need to have bronzed even skin at all times. I tan frequently and I have used many different beds. At sunscape I came out with an amazing glow and I am a full shade darker then I went in! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! I Love sunscape!

Hands down best spray tan I’ve ever had! My results are always natural looking and always get compliments when I do! They have the new Versa Pro — heated air dry! I love getting my sprays here and maintaining my colour in the High Pressure bed in between sessions! Oh and the girls working here are true gems :)
