Tragically bad customer service.
I thought I would give SN Clubs another go around after a pervious encounter that had left a bad taste — specifically regarding their membership policies. The second time was even worse.
Policy, procedure, rules and regulations are necessary to ensure that all customers are provided consistent and fair service. However, they shouldn’t get in the way of providing GOOD customer service.
Never again!

My 2nd favourite Steve Nash whenever I’m in the area, that’s why I leave a spare bag of gym clothes in my car lol.
It’s the biggest location by far, as well as number of universal equipment too.
Changing rooms straight ahead, are second to none. l
Like how the cardio equipment is really segregated away from the grunting sounds of some members in the weight room lol. And not squished side by side like at City Square.
Just wished they had a jacuzzi.
Bonus is 4 hours free parking.

The gym has pretty good group fitness classes and spinning classes. Their weight training section is big and equipped with the usual machines.
Cardio section is okay. I was a member at YMCA and they have better treadmills that has t.v. screens on the machines.
They could use better ventilation system where the cardio machines are.
Only caveat is that when we signed up, they didn’t tell us about the maintenance fee. It’s not the amount that we were upset about, only thing we didn’t like was the fact that they didn’t tell us that upfront. I am not sure that is the club policy or whether it was an oversight by the person who signed us up.

This is a great gym. As a member of the Felions Dance Team it is great to be able to workout at Steve Nash so we can look our best on game day. This is a great facility and the room is great that we practice in at this location. The gym is overall very spacious with lots of equipment. I enjoy working out here before practice and I enjoy that it is close to food options as well. Clean location and friendly staff.
