King of Floors

Excellent customer service. We were assured that the underlay we purchased (along with some great quality engineered hardwood flooring) would be approved by even the most picky strata. Unfortunately our strata is more than picky and would only approve one of 5 underlays on their very outdated list. The King of Floors staff kindly let us return the underlay we couldn’t use, which was great because is was a long drive to bring it back! We purchased the flooring at a really good sale price and just finished installing it — it looks great!

We just purchased a home, and needed to replace the worn carpet through out before we moved in. We had a lot of space to over though (2500 sq feet of hardwood) so we wanted a good price, and we wanted high quality.
We were initially looking at solid wood floors, but we mentioned to Troy that we had OSB underneath. He directed us to look at the engineered flooring that clicks together, as it’s very difficult to install solid wood on OSB. We didn’t know that, and no one else had thought to even ask. This was the fourth or fifth store we visited, and we were very impressed with both the knowledge and selection.
They don’t do the installation themselves but gave me two recommendations, and we were VERY happy with the results! So far the flooring has stood up to 2 weeks of use, including a large move-​in. They also look gorgeous! We will definitely recommend them to friends.
PS– Why are all their five star reviews hidden on this site? Why only display the 1 stars, one of whom lives in California?!

That Paula review seems crazy. I stopped in at this place once just to look around. They asked me if I needed any help. I said no. And they let me be. I think that’s worth at least 3 stars. I’ll go back soon and give another review.
