I had an issue of my downstairs toilet and bathtub backing up and causing flooding in my basement. I began to panic and get very frustrated as if this was not dealt with in a quick matter the damages were going to be severe.
That’s when I called my friends asking if they knew a good plumber in the area. Finally I was recommended to call 911 Plumbing & Heating. Dave was able to come out to my place within 90 minutes of taking the call and calmed me down during the process saying that he would be able to help me with my issue.
After arriving he delivered a level of professionalism that was astounding. He was able to solve my issue and charge me a very fair rate. I would never hesitate to call him again. We need more honest tradesmen like Dave. Without him I can’t imagine how bad of a predicament I would have been in. I am very grateful.
