The store is cute, service was mediocre. Some of the products I’ve heard great things about like the lotions and creams. Packaging is adorable so that’s probably what makes the brand so appealing. I ended up purchasing a finishing powder compact, an eyeshadow, and a contouring brush. Prices are pretty reasonable, in comparison to the big brands you’ll find at sephora. My thoughts on the products; 1. Contouring brush — the hair is quite soft, and i don’t see any issues thus far. The part where the handle attaches to the head of the brush seems pretty solid too, but we’ll find out when the rlbrush gets cleaned 2. The eyeshadow — was only 17 $ and is quite small, the shadow itself is fairly pigmented which i like. I chose a matte colour but i feel like there is still a hint of shimmer 3. The finishing powder compact — complete rip off, I paid 10 $ for this because of the size and convenience of having the puff included underneath the actual powder. A week later I opened it up it had been in my purse the whole time, it had shattered and the powddr had sprinkled off into my bag. So disappointed I mostly likely won’t be shopping here again, my sister introduced me to it and we happened to be at aberdeen mall, but quality isn’t great and everything is final there are no returns. I will stick to sephora, unfortunate that tony moly doesn’t stand behind their product(crappy return policy)

I absolutely loved coming here. Although it is a smaller shop, it is filled with a lot of fun make up. They have all the latest fashionable Korean make up products at a very affordable price. Many of the items were pretty reasonable in price. Its not like going to Sephora and only getting one item because that is all that you can afford. Items range from $ 5-$ 20. The more expensive items are the toners and face creams. The lady was really nice and helped us find the products that we might be interested in. She gave us helpful information. Never did I feel like she was pushing product on me — overselling it. I found so many fun items like a eye liner/lotion/make up remover/etc. I had such a fun shopping experience. At the cashier, the same lady threw in some make up samples for me to try. I thought this was terribly nice.

I came to Aberdeen Mall to have tea with a girlfriend and we did some browsing in the mall. This was one of the stores that we visited. I actually came here last time to get a face mask for tightening. Mask gave me some allergic reactions. Nothing to do with them as a store, however, have been a little gun shy to shop here on my own. So why 3… they carry some Korean brands at reasonable costs.

I’ve been eyeing Tony Moly’s grand opening since the beginning of December. As a k-popper, I’ve grown to know Korean brands. Other than«The Face Shop’ located in Richmond Centre and Metrotown, there are no other Korean Cosmetic shops available in British Columbia. One day after work, I was surprised that they have opened. One week prior, they were still under construction. What I first noticed was the grand opening promotion. They were having a 25% off on all their products, Right when I walked in, I saw the Appletox Cream that people rave about online. After a chat with the nice korean lady, I decided on the«Water Bomb Sleeping Pack» it was hyped on the beauty show«Get it Beauty» so I was really excited to try. I was going to buy it online but damn, they opened the actual store! They were also giving you an extra 5% off if you liked them on facebook which I did. So with a total of 30% off, I paid $ 11.75. The cashier was really nice and thanked me for my purchase. I would definitely come back. Nice people and good products. 5 stars for sure.
