I’m feeling generous, giving out a 4-​star for a food court at Parker Place but you’ve got to try their braised duck.
Located right by the doors, I’d pay extra rent here than being in the centre, though generally it’s cheaper, but I’ll digress.
Recommended by a friend, ordered their braised duck and boy, one of the tendier (isn’t that a word?) ones out there! A nice change from buying the norm, soya chicken lol. And not cheap either, for $ 12, as pic shows, they cleverly lay out the good meats, but gets bonier as you eat more.
Already comes with a good sauce but they supply a vinegar dip too which is absolutely heavenly once you give it a nice small dip.
Easy repeat again.
