Rating based strictly on attitude and customer service. Only reason it’s 2 stars instead of one is because the store was bright, clean, and had a nice selection of products — well from what I saw anyway …
Saw the boxes of fragrance in the window and wanted to ask if they carried Angel body lotion or cream.
When I came around the corner, to the entrance there was a Anna Sui display vanity with cosmetic samples, as well as a large table filled with Anna Sui cosmetics for sale, as well as a variety if boxed skin care sets ect.
Before I could check anything out much (I didn’t see price tags or signs) a lady came over to where I was and rather then smile, greet me, and or ask if I need help, she just glared at me and watched me like I was about to hoop a box o cream up my butt.
I felt so uncomfortable looking around at the cosmetic tester displays of Stilla, Gurlaine, and OPI, just feeling her watching me with a dirty look turned me right off. I just had to leave.
Even if they did have what I wanted I highly doubt after that I would give them

They have 2 stores in Richmond and 1 store at Burnaby. Since I changed my skin care products, I started buying from them

I found their top-​notch service is excellent. They sell salon brand or exclusive brand too.
Also, they do have promotion or gift with purchase 1 – 2 times a year. If you sign up for membership, the purchase point can redeem for a facial.
