Not sure why the only other review gives them the review they got but so far so good with me.
We did start off rough when they were 30 min late picking me up when they said they left 30 minutes ago and I was 10 min away. I would expect that and that’s why I called an hour ahead instead of the 30 minute recommended time to do so.
Car was in good shape, service was very good, no complaints. Friendly staff.
Enterprise could do a better job with their eInvoice they send out as I need an electronic version of their receipt and other car rental companies do a good job of that.
