A friend and I stopped here about 5 weeks ago to start a batch of wine each, after our previous wine-​making location had closed down.
One of the owners helped us, and was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and showed us around the store, and back room where they keep the juices. We ordered our batches and were told we’d receive a call in about four weeks to book our bottling appointment.
Today we went to bottle our wine. One of the employees (I can’t remember her name) was friendly and very helpful, and stayed with us the entire time to answer questions and ensure that all of our bottles were filled properly so we would have the best wine possible.
They will even cart your full boxes of bottles out to your car and load them in the trunk for you! We found out later that they would also have carted the empties into the store for us. The loading zone is for customers to load and unload their bottles! :)
I’ve had two or three other wine-​making and bottling experiences and none of them provided this same level of service.
We will definitely go back. In fact, we ordered our next batch before we left today.
