This is the nicest guitar/​piano shop I have ever been to. The staff are amazing and the instruments are incredible and top of the line. I bought a little Norman guitar there (maybe their cheapest guitar) and I felt great leaving the store, such great service and the guitar is also great! Anyone looking for an amazing experience shopping for an instrument should definitely go to Lauzon Music.

Ich möchte mal behaupten, dass dies einer der besten Musik Stores in ganz Canada ist! Hier hängen nur Edelgitarren und man wandelt als Musiker mit ganz großen Augen durch diese heiligen Hallen. :-)
Dieser Laden ist nicht nur ein auserwählter Fender Custom Shop Händler sondern vertreibt auch die schwer erhältlichen TwoRock Amps.
Fazit: Für alle Gitarristen, die nach einem wirklich gutem Instrument oder Amp suchen ist der Laden ein Muss! Preisklasse 1500 — 15.000 Dollar
Auch wenn man sich keine dieser Gitarren kaufen kann, sind die Jungs total lieb und man darf alle ausprobieren!

I love this place! I’m a guitar player and there’s no better store in Ottawa for me! The staff are excellent as well! I always felt going into Steve’s that the staff are watching you, making sure you don’t pick up anything too expensive — they freaked when I lifted the Gibson off the wall. Here, they encourage you to play as much as you want! They even have rooms to play in!
This is my favorite store in Ottawa! Go check it out!

From the street, it’s easy to assume this is a piano store and walk on by. What you may not notice is the guitars lining the walls in the back half of the store.
There is a good selection and variety of new and used/​vintage units in every price point, along with amps and other guitar related equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Additionally, they offer lessons on several instruments — with piano lessons being prominant. They are a well known piano dealer, from what I’ve read — but that’s not my family’s thing — we go there for the guitars. :-)
Would I return: Yes.
Would I recommend: Yes
