White Oaks Dental Office

I can’t recall how many years Dr. Hon has been my dentist — probably more than a decade. I’m not looking to change any time soon.
Everyone in the office is very professional, but also have a great relationship with the patients. One of the receptionists not only remembers the names of everyone in my family who goes here (my parents and us four siblings), but is usually able to figure out which one she’s talking to on the phone. I have family members who can’t quite nail that (a few of us sound uncannily alike).
Dr. Hon himself is a great dentist — always quick, but careful so there’s never any undue bleeding and such. He always remembers what I was up to and what we last talked about when I was in, which is impressive. He also stands by his work — I had some issues with a crown he put in for me, which he got resolved with a new crown as fast as the lab could make it. Cost to me for the replacement, not a cent.
In my experience, they’ll always attempt to handle walk-​ins, and emergencies will get taken care of. Another dentist — Dr. Dev — is the other partner in this practice. I can’t speak much to him personally, but I’ve heard nothing but good things.
Reminds me, I should probably book a checkup…
