Cookie Scoop

I ordered a dozen cookies here back in April. I ordered online and although they are quite pricey, they are justifiable. Sometimes they are really backed up/​busy with orders so you definitely want to check in advance/​order because there is no physical shop. All orders are placed online.
We got kinder chocolate, Swiss chocolate, Cookiegasm and birthday cake. They were all soft, indiviudally packaged nicely with labels, and packaged nicely in a pink box with a ribbon (box colour of choice). There was a small fee for delivery but surely enough, they delivered the cookies as promised on the date requested. They were so delicious! Sweet no no excessively and there are so many different flavours.
I tried to look up the site to see what the last flavour was, but looks like they’re taking a little break. Hope they blow up in the future, great cookies!

I ordered a box of cookies for a friend’s birthday and I think we were both very happy that I did.
I ordered mixed box with 4 flavours: Hazelnut Praline (Ferrero Rocher), Lindt Milk Chocolate Red Velvet, Nutella and Birthday Cake. The order is called My Favourite Combination (1 dozen cookies for $ 28.99). The order comes in a nice box.
The cookies themselves are wonderful. The Lindt Milk Chocolate Red Velvet is especially good.
The baker is a really nice lady who seems to really love her job. Her operation isn’t commercial, rather wholesale, so it’s easier to get to by car. I took transit, and while there is a bus stop really close by, I found it to be a little confusing. The place sort of blends in with its neighbouring buildings.
I would give this place 5 stars, but the lack of proper signs directing you and the slightly steep prices means I have to give this business 4 stars instead.
By the way, you can pop in and order on the spot, but then you have to wait for your order to be baked. Nothing is pre-​made, which is why it’s smarter to order online beforehand. She also offer delivery service.

Amazing customer service and great cookies! Highly recommend ordering these cookies for any future events. Was supposed to pick them up Saturday before 3pm and something came up where I could not make it. Cookie Scoop offered to deliver them and went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service. The cookies were delicious. Ordered Twix, Mars, Nutella and Skor. Very soft and chewy!

I wrote a 2 star review on here a few months ago after receiving a box of cookies that were dry and bland. The owner, Ziggy, contacted me and offered to replace my order since she was deeply saddened by my poor experience at her store. She wanted me to come and meet her at the store, and I did. I was DEFINITELY wrong about my last review!!! She did say that I may have gotten an overbaked batch of cookies, but after trying some freshly baked cookies at her store, I was in love! It was so soft and mouthwateringly good. The tastes in each cookie are so unique and delicious. She is really an amazing woman who really cares about her business. Give Cookie Scoop a chance and you wont regret it!!!

I ordered through their online website, and it was quick /​easy. If I had any confusions I had sent an email and reply was very prompt. My BF loved them for christmas, delivery was on time and he loved them! They were all delicious! Definitely can’t wait to order from her again!
