Nice little coffee place in Lynn valley which is open late and has free Wi-​Fi. Friendly staff and decent coffee and drinks. Food/​snack options need to improve. Biggest issue is lack of parking close by but it’s not the coffee shops fault.
Great place for students looking for quiet place to study.

They need retraining on espresso as not as good and very long pour. Also don’t serve it in a regular coffee cup. Espresso should be served in a espresso cup.

I had a tea latte which was okay, made to my specifications. Not much in the snack department and the customer service was really terrible. The guy working there seemed a little disinterested and looked as though he wanted to be anywhere but in the coffee shop.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had a chocolate chip muffin which was very moist and delicious. The hot chocolate had real melted chocolate in it– fantastic.

The old lady in the morning with beedy eyes needs to lighten up. Maybe crack a smile once in a while? If you’re having a bad day/​life… You shouldn’t manage the counter.

A Saturday afternoon meeting brought me here and I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, coffee was good. I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t try anything. The staff did seem a little uninterested as the tables were dirty and it was quite quiet so no real excuse for not wiping off crumbs and spills.
Otherwise, I’d recommend it over Starbucks. :)

Customer service is king and the management here understands that. I’ve been coming here for the past few months because of the nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Today was exceptionally great.
My tea mug broke at the handle when I went to take a sip. Luckily it didn’t spill all over me, and more importantly, my laptop. The staff was quick to replace my drink and later Darlene came to check and make sure we were ok. She was very accommodating and apologized for the broken cup. That kind of care is expected but she went the extra mile and offered us a free drink for our next visit.
This kind of service is what differentiates all the other chain coffee shops within a stone throws distance. They’ve earned my continued business.
