Because it was a nice day outside I decided to have a Lonsdale adventure day finally after 3 months of talking about it. This was one of my stops. Very large and spacious location. These guys have everything and then some things that I didn’t think a health food store would carry but they do. The lady who helped me was super friendly in her guidance for protein mixes. There’s a juice bar in the back. Clean and well organized.

Friendly staff, greeted me with a smile and made a delicious Tropikale smoothie. I also picked up one cold pressed juice from their fridge.
Too bad they don’t have more fresh juice options at this store, their juices come freshly pressed from their downtown store.
I loved their very reasonable pricing and 100% organic quality produce used for both the smoothie and juice.
While I was waiting for my smoothie, I picked up some things for home as well… Convenient and all natural!

LOVE this place! Some of the best prices around AND the new smoothie bar is such a treat. Every one is super friendly and knowledgeable!
