My fridge stopped working and I called ILAC.
They booked me in for the next day.
Lewis the technician showed up right on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and and fixed the issue!

Prompt, courteous repair of our washer. Knew what to look for, secured a lose tube in the guts of the washer without charging for any parts, and provided a wealth of commons sense maintenance advice.
