This is a small independent health food store. They carry an adequate selection of gluten free flours, a few breads etc in the freezer section and a limited selection of cereals and dry goods. Their focus is not gluten free as is Good Nature Foods (see my previous review) but if you are in a pinch and need something this place is handy. The prices are OK for gluten free foods… I have seen cheaper and more expensive for the items they sell. They also carry a very wide selection of vitamins and other natural supplements. All of the staff I have encountered are VERY helpful and knowledgeable.
Can’t say anything bad about the place.
