Fairy Lake Park

Nothing wrong with Fairy Lake Park, but definitely nothing special either. The park itself is relatively small and I didn’t really see a lake so much as a river that runs through the park. It’s very spacious so I can see them hosting festivals and little get togethers for the small town of Newmarket.
The only notable things there were a bridge that runs across the river leading to a children’s playground. There was also a small amphitheatre that looked as though it was made for small town plays and presentations and such.
Definitely a good place to play some football, throw the baseball around, or have a small bbq (there is even a small covered patio). Parking is no issue as they have 3 different lots along the trail.
