I’ve visited Wholistic Hall a few times now and I absolutely have fallen in love. This place is super quant and has some of the best teachers and classes in the city. If you are looking for a meaningful connection to your mind and your soul, this is the place for you. This isn’t your typical fitness yoga studio. I’ve been to a hooping class here and it is great exercise. It’s also quite easy to pick up and you get to learn a few tricks in the process so its a must to try it out with some friends. I’ve been to a few uplifting yoga classes here and I absolutely love the different poses the instructor uses. She breaks down something as simple as mountain pose(standing tall) and turns it into something so meaningful. She helps adjust you when your form is off and also introduces oils, eye pillows, and blankets into the mix. The location is right downtown on Richmond Street so it is easy to walk to if you live near there. If not, the parking lots off Queens Ave(by Moxies or The London Club) will suit you perfectly. The building is quite old so the studio has a really nice charm. They also sell hoops and mala beads in the studio as well as some awesome pants I saw a girl wearing(they were sold out though). There seems to be no air conditioning here but its yoga so its not a huge deal. Wholistic Hall also helps run events around the city like«Kula Mall» which is a local vendor fair. They also change their classes around every season so there is always something new available. I cant wait to continue my journey with Wholistic Hall and learn more about myself and the art of yoga.
