If I could, I’d give it 0 stars. Worst Vietnamese restaurant experience ever. The food was a huge disappointment in a dirty atmosphere. We ended up not eating our meal, paid and left. IE. Teapot was so stained from tea, I think all they do is add water. Save your money, eat elsewhere. Garbage food!!!

Run away. Steer clear. Go eat at McDonald’s or that sketchy Taco Time on the corner. This is by far some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. I feel like I got pretty screwed by having to pay for this meal. I ordered the crispy spring roll noodle bowl, because I love noodles, and I love spring rolls. The dish came, and the spring rolls were barely luke warm. I bit into it, and the outside is crispy enough, but all that’s in my mouth is soggy greasy vegetables and more grease. These must have soaked in oil or something. All you can taste is grease, and then the occasional hint of bland ground pork. The noodles themselves were lackluster. Noodles on top of bean sprouts, with 1 cashew, a sprinkling of crumbled peanuts, two slices of carrot, and one torn up lettuce leaf. Do not eat here under any circumstance.

Worst Vietnamese ever. Everything was greasy. I was also visiting from Vancouver so my standards are pretty high.

Been coming here for years and NEVER had a bad experience. Like many Asian restaurants in the Okanagan, they try to cater to the locals by reducing some of the stronger flavours(like the fresh cilantro, mint and fish sauce) in the dishes. But the first time I came in they asked me what I like and tailored it to suit. Personally, I prefer flavours authentic to the cuisine, so I told them to go crazy and it was amazing! If you truly like good food, try the Goi Ga — the coleslaw salad with chicken. I am addicted to the stuff. Like most dishes, it will suffer if you get it westernized, so don’t skip the cilantro, peanuts and fried onions to top it off! I think many of the negative reviews here are a result of having had the westernized version. So don’t be scared — and don’t order the«mild» version of any dish! Anywhere! One of the beautiful things about Vietnamese food is the subtle seasoning which, when layered, explodes with flavour. They make a good soda lime, too, so if you need a refreshing drink, go for it!

Amazing soups and we’ve tried lots of phở. Fresh ingredients, everything perfectly cooked, and wonderful flavours. The lemongrass soup base is yumtastic! The fried food was too greasy, though, so avoid things like fried spring rolls even if they were otherwise good. Overall 4⁄5

The restaurant is grubby an the food was mediocre. I will not return. They even charge for tea which usually offered complimentary with your meal at other Phở restaurants.

I was hoping I would like this place. Find a little gem in Kelowna. Um, nope. I arrived at 12:30 for a lunch and waited at least 30 minutes for my meal. The place had maybe 15 people in it and it looked like ½ had already had been served. I was surprised at the long wait for my meal. I had a vegetarian lunch set menu thingie so I was thinking that it could be fast. Not! As for the flavours– greasy and not very good! I can do much better than veggie rice roll with bland dipping sauce, greasy deep-fried spring roll and greasy tofu cubes.

went for dinner here at around 830pm and what a mistake. At first glance the restaurant and menu looked decent, expensive for viet food, but the pictures on the menu made the meals look tasty. When my food came, i wasnt too pleased. Tor the price($ 12), there was very little food, upon tasting it, all disaster struck! I had the rice dish with grilled porkchop, chicken skewer, and spring rolls. I tried the Spring roll first, it was decent. I then popped a chicken skewer into my mouth and i couldnt understand why chicken could taste like dirty socks. I wasnt sure if it was the marinate or just some nasty chicken that was very very old. I then tried the porkchop and i finally knew that both the porkchop and chicken was probably more than a week old sitting in the fridge… It tasted worse than the chicken. On top of the heavy marinate taste in an attempt to cover up the staleness, I could actually taste the fridge in it. Ever had a piece of FISHY porkchop? If not, you should check out this place and order it. I will never go there for the quality of food this place serves. Now hopefully i’m not going to get sick.
