I unfortunately will not be shopping there again. One of the employees is incredibly rude to me every time I am in, even though I spent almost $ 1000 last time I was in getting baby stuff for my soon to be first child. She does not want to assist in answering questions, is argumentative, rude, made me feel very unwanted in the store. There was still so much more I wanted to purchase. I came back three days later to hopeful have a better experience and buy the rest if the things I was interested in and it was exactly the same treatment. The other employees seem fine. I have driven from vernon twice now to shop here and I am very disappointed. I would like to come back a third time to return everything else just on principal. To bad I like the the things I bought and it’s such a drive to do again!

Baby and Me provides a great shopping experience for new parents. The staff is friendly, and quickly showed me one of their special carts, in which we could safely secure our three-​month-​old daughter’s car seat as we shop. This is helpful, as our stroller is typically too large to use to navigate stores,
While the prices are premium here, so is the merchandise. We purchased a swim diaper, a swim top, and a number of cloth wipes for our daughter.
They also happened to have a number of the items in stock that we had previously purchased either online or at Babies R Us.
It’s a large store, so it’s not too cluttered. And they let you use any one of their chairs if you need to breast feed your child.

Baby and Me has a nice selection of high quality baby products, with very knowledgeable staff. There are universal strollers that hold most car seats available while you shop. There is a spot to change and feed your munchkin. Green and local products are in the selection and nursery designs are amazing. If you have questions about baby sign language or cloth diapers, the owners do both with their daughter Keira currently. I got my stroller there after checking out several stores and the service was amazing. Time was really taken with me to explain the ins and outs; I didn’t feel rushed at all. The owners really are down to earth and are there often. It’s one of my favorite all-​time shopping places. What you pay in price, you get back in quality, design and service.
