Every time I came here I loved the way my hair turned out. The ladies here also do good pedicures and eye brow waxes.

I’ve been going here since It opened, because it’s right near my house. Nice atmosphere, horrible service. Hairdressers are pretty friendly but at the same time, every time I walk out of there, I hate my hair and regret spending a fortune on it. This place could really use new talent. It’s incredibly expensive and I found other places in the area that are not as expensive and they do a much better job! Also, I went there for a massage and the woman massaging me was massaging me with one hand ANDTEXTINGWITHTHEOTHER. Do yourself a favour and don’t even try this place. I don’t go there anymore because of so many horrible experiences. I would changed hairdressers sooner, but since this is so close to where I live its more convenient for me. Now that Ive tried other salons, I definitely don’t mind traveling to get a better service.

The one thing I always dislike about going to get my hair cut is making awkward conversation with the hairdresser. The whole thing is already awkward — the lights are bright and hot, you feel itchy from all the microscopic pieces of hair that have flown everywhere, and you feel a little bit self-conscious sitting there staring at yourself in a mirror the whole time(unless you’re completely narcissistic. In which case you probably love it.) Basically, when I want to go to the hairdresser, all I want is for them to just cut my hair, get it done with and get me out of here! EFX is great for that. It’s a nice salon in a small strip mall, offering a full range of services. The woman that cut my hair was quick, worked with what I wanted and what was actually feasible, and she was focused! No awkward conversation about where she learned how to cut her hair or what she did on the weekend. I’ll be back again!
