This has been my go-to Starbucks for 3 years now and so far its been awesome. They are always so nice and don’t mind getting creative for me when I want to try something off the secret menu. They’re also really polite and sweet with my kid when I bring her in, and there is always available seating(even during the busy hours).

I went on a sunday afternoon. Poor customer service for a neighbourhood coffee place that can attract regular customers. They didn’t call out my order. It was left sitting on the not visible area of the pick-up counter for at least 10 minutes. The other coffee I ordered… they forgot to make it. The baristas didn’t even apologize. The vibe of a establishment is dependent on the vibe of the employees. At this Starbucks: No customer greeting, no music playing, and unkept creamer counter. It’s a sad Starbucks.

Yes im a yuppie… u almost never see me without my starbucks. This location is super friendly although sometimes they can be so chatty that they are slow making your order. Drinks are made well and I always come back. The drive thru is super conveinent(not too many drive thru starbucks in north etown) So a chain that is always consistent makes me come back time to time. Im a regular here… and yes free wifi!

good staff, clean place and easy location. but 2 things; 1)please hire one more person for the morning shift because for 3 cars, we wait about 10 minutes almost all the time.(i dont know whats the condition inside) 2) your outside table and 3 chairs by that humangous mall dumpster doesnt look good. there may be some people consider metan gas and co2 warm in a chilly day, each time i see that, i feel like sitting by there. anyway, overall it is a well earned 4

Sure, «Starbuck’s is Starbuck’s», but it’s ALL about the customer service. One time I ordered a venti iced soy chai tea latte and got an «Are you effing kidding me?» look from the guy behind the counter. What’s wrong with a chai latte… iced…with soy. I don’t think I’m being that high maintenance. I did have to smile to myself, however, when he spilled it just as he was putting the lid on and had to re-make it. Also, for some reason this location does not make iced coffee in winter. When I ordered it I was told they don’t make it in winter, but she could make it another way for me if I liked, so I said yes — and I don’t know what she did, but it was about 100 times better than their regular iced coffee.(OK, so this is a plus, but I still hate the place). Also, I’ve witnessed who I assume is the manager berating an employee on the phone for being late once again, right in front of the customers, which I thought was extremely unprofessional. Overall poor service… it’s never speedy and I’m usually worried they are going to get some aspect of the drink wrong. Saw a guy wait so long for his misto he had to leave before it was ready. Lame.

The service here was the best I’ve had at a Starbucks in a while. The guy behind the counter was quick and didn’t give me the funny look I usually get when I don’t order coffee or tea.(I can’t have caffeine in my drinks and have gotten paranoid about ordering decaf after several disastrous experiences elsewhere). He was more than happy to ring through my bottle of water and banana loaf. This location is particularly bright and spacious. There are plenty of seating options, even though on this particular day two older ladies had five bags of clothing unpacked across all the couches. So, why the three stars? One of the things I used to love about Starbucks were the baked goods. Every time I get a piece of cake or banana bread it’s starting to go stale, and for the prices they charge, that really shouldn’t be the case. It still tastes good, but I like my cakes and breads to be moist and not hard and dry at the edges. They haven’t lost a customer over it, but it is something that I hope they work on for the future.

They call me Ms. Starbucks! Okay, just kidding but I do adore my Starbucks! This location is a medium size — they could definitely use additional space for seating and the parking lot is awkward. Staff are always friends and turn around is quick. I came at the beginning of the holiday season after receiving my email advising that the holiday drinks had arrived but they were already out of my desired beverage — Two big thumbs down! I seriously spent my lunch break driving here from 20 minutes away with a coworker and they were out of Pumpkin Spice :-(

I really love this particular Starbucks. 95% due to the fact there’s always plenty of seating and it seems really open and bright. Most Starbucks are really crowded and, for me at least, it ruins my coffee consuming experience when I have to fight my way through the shop and am left without a seat. The staff are pleasant, always a large variety of baked goods, it’s clean and there’s lots of parking! A++

I like the feel of this Starbucks. I’d say this is one of the better ones and I like that it’s not really that busy. This means a good selection of places to sit. I know they call it a laptop, but I don’t want it on my lap. Besides, all that radiation could, uh, damage my ability to have kids, should I choose to have more, right? It’s pleasant and bright and there’s plenty of parking. Didn’t see any signs indicating the presence of parking Nazis, but I’m always on the alert. Busyness — Not a really busy place, but the morning is steady. Lots of available seats. Noisiness — Overall pretty good. The music is at a decent level, depending on where you’re sitting. Ambience — I like this Starbucks. It’s brightly lit, with the same light fixtures as the Starbucks at North Town Mall. It also has a lot of windows to let natural light in. The paint scheme is typical Starbucks, echoing coffee in the colour choice. It’s pleasant overall. Power — There is a good selection of outlets for most of the seats. Free wifi — Available and works well. Staff — Seem to be pretty good. The girl wasn’t aware of my refill being free, but she may not have been the one who served me initially. I admit to being a little hazy earlier due to my lack of coffee. The men’s washroom suffered from another patron’s «bad aim» but I don’t expect employees to check after every patron leaves. That’d be a full-time job in a coffee place. I did notice that there was no container of half and half at the counter and I had to refill the raw sugar(I’ve gone to Starbucks enough, I’ve figured that out.) Seating — There are a lot of seats in this location at 31. You can choose from four armchairs, a couch and a nice long bench, as well as the traditional flat wooden chairs. I’ve never been a big fan of the tall tables, but if you like them, there are two, as well as four chairs at a bar. There’s only one large table for serious work and the rest of the tables are smaller round ones. There are also four or five tables outside for those who’d like to brave the weather. Security — Seems to be a nice neighbourhood, but I’m paranoid anyway.
