On the recommendation of two friends who have business phones, I took my iPhone 5 with it’s shattered screen to Dr. Fix. We’re talking tons of shards, not just a big crack with some branches, totally shattered. Fixed within an hour, $ 80. I’m happy. I’ve read horror stories about hidden costs associated with side cracks etc at other local shops, but given the speed and price of the service for the condition of my phone, 5 stars for sure. I also took an 2nd generation IPad mini with some big screen cracks in, and it took just over 3 hours and cost $ 100.

Went to Dr. Fix for touchscreen and battery issues with my iPhone 5s. I love supporting locally based business and their ratings from others were encouraging. However, I was treated with poor customer service despite clearly stating the problems I was experiencing. My ‘expert’ advice…“static”…“too many open apps”. I assured the support person that I’ve never had issues with my iPhone and have tried all things but was told that«it’s not really a problem». Turns out there are huge issues with iOS 9 including touchscreen and software issues(Apple diagnositcs). Dr. Fix was a complete waste of my time. I will not return.

Very happy with dr fix. Fast, friendly, courteous, affordable. Highly recommend. Found out they give you a discount if you say«is the Dr in?» when you walk inside.

Shopped around and this place was the cheapest in the city. $ 80 to fix a cracked iPhone 5 screen. Other places wanted $ 130 and needed the phone for about 2 hours. I walked in at around 3pm and even though there were four other people ahead of me, my screen was fixed in less than ten minutes!
