Great service! Always treated well by the servers. They are fast, attentive, and genuinely nice people. We enjoy their vegetarian burgers. A little bit too meat like for my taste but they are really good. They also have a fantastic full size pecan salad with roasted peaches. To die for. I live in the area and I like that they are open after my work hours so my spouse and I can have a leisurely night out.

I love Boston Pizza, but this location is the worst! They messed up our order twice, which is usually no big deal, although I do judge a restaurant on how they handle making mistakes, and they were horrible! We ordered a great white north(a pizza with 2 kinds of cheese and ham), and instead a hawaiian(ham and pineapple) came out. Instead of asking us how we wanted to handle it(just eat the hawaiian at a discount, or wait to have a new great white north made), the waitress took the pizza back to the kitchen where the kitchen staff removed some of the pineapple, added the second kind of cheese and then rebaked it. It was overbaked and for some reason it grossed me out that they removed a topping and added another. Added to this that they were out of the first thing we tried to order(buffalo chicken sandwiches), messed up our other pizza as well, and the service was slow and surly, it was a very bad experience. Like I said, normally a few mess ups are no big deal, it is all in how the server handles it! A smile and a quick apology would have gone a long way.

This review is in regards to our recent take-out experience at this Boston Pizza location. As much as I love Jim Treliving and hate to give his restaurants a bad review, here it is! On Tuesday evening, my friends and I decided to go to Boston Pizza to get some take-out for dinner. We went around 8:30pm, and being a Tuesday night there was next to no one in the restaurant. This is essentially why I think my complaints are valid– the staff appeared to have nothing but time on their sides and yet this didn’t seem to help our experience. At 8:25pm we arrived at the restaurant, ready to place our take-out order. We waited about 10 minutes as the host spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to take the person ahead of us’ order. placed our order– two entrées, garlic toast and two desserts. So let’s say our order was placed by 8:35. We then waited, and waited until at about 8:50 the host came out and informed us that they had no penne cooked, and did we want to have fettuccine, or would we prefer to wait 15 minutes until the penne was cooked. We chose the fettuccine option. We really could have chosen the penne option I’m guessing, because our order finally came out at 9:10. So from the time we walked in the door to the time we got our food, it was about 45mins. I would like to think that had we been seated in the restaurant, our experience would have been quicker than that. At any rate, after the service we’d already experienced, I should have known better and checked our order before we left. But I didn’t– we were hungry, and wanted to get home. Upon our arrival home, of course(!) one of the entrées was missing. We called BP at 9:30pm and they said that they’d deliver it right away. By 10:30pm it still hadn’t arrived. So we called back and they said the driver was just leaving right then(and we live about 8 minutes away from this location). I went to bed, my friends stayed up– I’m told the second entrée finally arrived at 11:15pm, with absolutely no compensation offered. I don’t like lazy service, I don’t like mistakes, and if there are mistakes, offer some compensation. I won’t be visiting Boston Pizza any time soon!

Sports Bar: we have gone here maybe 3x. the first time we went was because it was the only decent bar in the area. when we got there we were not greeted and it took maybe 20 minutes for someone to get our drink orders. i was pregnant at that time and i just ordered iced tea. what i got was not cold and not so good iced tea and it took them another 20 to give us our drinks. on the occasions that we are there the staff is not attentive and would rather chat in the bar area. at one time i was screamed at by a girl who was working the bar… i mean u have super slow service and ZERO customer service at all. if you have to go to this Boston Pizza and if you love their food, go to the family restaurant side. the wait staff are nice and pleasant and they give average to good customer service depends on who you get. They do accept air miles so that’s a positive. they should install accessible doors though for wheelchair users and strollers. a friend went there this weekend and just told us that he is never going back there… and yeah i would advise you to stay away from the bar side… stay far far away. they don’t pay attention and they just stand there and chat with each other. the last time we were there the tables were filthy and there weren’t very many customers there. there was us and another group playing pool and did i mention the not so clean plates and utensils??? their patio? not clean! common people do u need John Taffer to rescue you? eeekkk…

Great old style BP. Good was great. Staff seemed they would rather be anywhere else. Football on instead of Oilers or WJC???
