Our server Lonnie was fantastic, didn’t hover, was there at appropriate times and was quick to get anything we need.
Didn’t see any issues with the place, it was clean, didn’t use the washrooms so not sure there.
My kids love the kids club, my little guy got enough with this meal to get a winnie the pooh plush ball he was very excited. (Get so many stamps get a toy)
Meal was good. Worth the price paid. Not super fancy but a nice to go to place especially for breakfast. The clubhouse Benedict has real turkey not deli meat.

I received a quick response from Rob Sroka, assuring me he is going to look into this. This is good news as I have loved the service and food from the Smitty’s in Peterborough, Ontario, good luck Rob!
