Lash Out Lounge Eyelash Extensions

I had two appointments here and tried both the ladies. The first time I found that I had lashes sticking out at a weird angle within a day, though, and when they came off later many of the lashes were stuck to two or more of my natural lashes. The second time I tried the other lady and she did a good job of the look of the lashes but I found that they also stuck out at weird angles a couple days after being put on, and the glue seemed VERY brittle and they came off really easily. When I hit the 3 week mark I had no lashes left, where I would usually have 50% still through my regular lash place in another city.
I didn’t find it to be a great product or worth the money. I’m not sure if the problem is the technique or the product or both (my normal lash place uses tweezers or something similar to isolate each lash and they don’t do that here, resulting in some lashes being stuck to multiple lashes, and I don’t think they get all of them because both times it seemed not nearly as full as usual).
I would recommend finding a different place, which is what I will be doing.

I’m disappointed that you feel the need to try to discredit my review and be unnecessarily aggressive instead of maybe being internally reflective about the feedback your customers are giving you and using it to improve your business. The reviews here are clearly telling you the issues and if you choose not to improve, I guess that’s your call.
This is no attempt to get a discount — to be honest even if you offered me a free set, it wouldn’t be worth the drive.
I don’t know which coupons you’re talking about, and I had originally gotten you confused with another place I had never even been to, but I have been to literally no other companies in Calgary for lashes except yours… so I don’t understand the relevance in bringing it up as an attempt to discredit this review.
Additionally, my last of only 2 appointments I’ve ever had with you was not six weeks ago (it was just before the Super Bowl) — which is also irrelevant to this review as I have been out of town and returned (not that it’s any of your business) and left this review as I was looking on Unilocal for a new place to try. Your lashes have long since fallen off, as stated being completely gone by three weeks, and I have had none since.
Your reply has really just served to inflame things, and as a result I am removing the praise about being friendly lovely people as it seems that was erroneous, and removing the extra star I had given on that basis.

Girls, this is as good as eye lash extensions get! I bought a deal for «Lash Out Lounge» and had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had heard so many horror stories about the risks of getting this done, ie your lashes fall out! I was terrified, but what the heck, i gave it a shot!
Staci and Kim are running this business out of their gorgeous home in Springbank on the top floor. The place was astonishing! There is an adorable little waiting area, washroom, and then the two beds where the magic happens. These ladies treat you like royalty. They are very kind and gentle with you, not to mention, they know exactly what they are doing! Day in and day out, they two glue lashes onto ladies, lash by lash! They take a tone of pride in their work and are very passionate about the business they’ve built.
The experience of having eye lash extensions turned out to be great! I totally loved them; hello gorgeous eyes, bye bye makeup!
Getting your first set of lashes is quiet expensive, so if you see this company on one of the many deal sites, make sure you snag your coupon. After your initial install, it’s similar to getting a fill for your nails, you simply go back, get a few lashes put back on and away you go. The entire process requires you to lay still for about two hours with our eyes closed, but don’t worry, these ladies will entertain you!
Ladies looking for a little extra sexiness this holiday season, this is the place to go!
