I would not even give this a 1 star rating, 0 rating goes to UPS. Do not rely on the delivery service of UPS. It has the worst customer and delivery service. This is specifically to UPS — Fraser Valley Customer Service at 790 Belgrave Way Delta, BC. But because of my terrible experience with this branch, this goes out to all UPS. UPS sucks! After charging me extra $ 6 (which I don’t mind) to have my order redelivered on a day that I will be home instead of picking up my order (I was not home on their first delivery attempt) at a UPS store that is far from my place, my delivery did not arrive on my requested delivery date. I called to follow up on that day and the UPS rep said it will be delivered. I waited 3 more days still no delivery so I called UPS again and this pissed me so much after learning that my product was sent back to the seller. I got so mad bec. what’s the point of charging me extra $ 6 for nothing. And I was told to call the seller, HELLO, you caused the trouble now you want me to call the seller? And they won’t refund the $ 6. Charge this to experience. But never again will I deal with you. Canada Post is the one for me.

ups sucks，they tell me to pickup a package suppose to be delivered to my home，and theres no adr at all，im so sure i wont use ups for the rest of my life

Since they moved to the location next to London drugs, I’ve used them consistently for my box number. Solid, affordable, will hold your packages if you’re or if town (did all summer last year for me), and a key to get in any time? Yep, I’m happy.

Just not too comffy coming here late at night to get your mail, as there’s 24 hrs access.
