My dryer tumbler stopped working and after taking it apart realised the belt had snapped. Called reliable parts and the phone conversation was professional and helpful. Was helped by a guy that had salt and pepper hair. His service was great and he was a nice guy. When I got home to install the part I realised I needed the tensioner as well. Went back to the store and the model number of my dryer was not coming up. The part also did not look correct. The same guy helped me and his experience was very helpful. He got the part I needed and we had a few laughs in the process. I would recommend this store if you are looking for appliance parts. Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable.
