This is the last time I am ever driving through this McDonald’s again to get home and my fries are empty burgers a mass everything’s Cold $ 20 down the drain family was so upset you’re driving by this McDonald’s on Kingsway just keep going don’t stop

Does anyone really do reviews for fastfood places? The food is all the same for Mcdonalds so the only real difference is service and the swiftness of it. They have let me down a few times in the morning in which the drive thru took 15 mins and I was going to be late. In addition, service has been slow when going inside too. This place has not transcended my existence with their service.
Go for: mcdonalds food, ample parking
Don’t go for: reliably quick service

I don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s but I do expect courteous service. I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times and have dealt with snarky cashiers on a couple of occasions. I have also witnessed a cashier be downright rude to a child who was trying to place an order. Fries are also usually sub-​par. Skip this McDonald’s and go to Save On Foods (
) for some potato wedges and rotisserie chicken instead.

It’s a McD’s, therefore, you really can’t expect much, therefore, I am surprised by the low reviews but at the same time… serious people what do you expect from a McD’s. I came here during the day just to get a latte and a stamp on my card. I was served in a reasonable timed manner even though the am line up was long. I came to this location ’cause I had a meeting but haven’t been back since ’cause it is not the closest McD’s to me.

Very juicy 3.5, one of the newer style ones.
Fireplace with bar style seating, newer style booth seating too.
Open 24 hours.
Always busy here, own parking lot in back, just be careful crossing over with the drive thru.
Quick service here.

Went to the drive through this morning to get coffee and figured I’d check that free coffee deal, The attendant was kind enough to confirm that it was only for the small, with a bonus! Before he closed the window he went ‘Wow what a cheap *ck’ to his colleagues. Not sure if I had to pay another 25 cents for that? great customer service huh!

Came by for a coffee. The building seems new, but the place seems a bit worn down.
Parking is plentiful in the lot behind the building.
The inside is not as cozy as I had hoped — the hard plastic chairs and décor makes the inside seem less upscale. The tables were a bit dirty, but that may be just becuase it was a bad day.
My ice coffee tasted great.

Don’t go there. They are always getting my orders wrong. Last time they charged me twice on the debit and then said it was my fault & then I had to go back twice to get my money back. Manager totally inept. I got a small smoothie that was ¾ full and I asked that I always get a full one, she argued that we are suppose to get that amount. They always argue with the customers. The other McDonald’s are better. Stay away.

Don’t even get me started with this location. Not only is their ice cream machine never working, they’ve messed up my orders 96⁄100 times I’ve been there! Once they tried to give me a salad without dressing. TWICE then they gave me the wrong order and tried to chase me for it back. Ridiculously unprofessional DONT GO HERE

Not a fan of this location as the sketchy Burnaby folk tends to flock here in the early hours of the morning. The customers who frequent here turn me off entirely from coming back to this location as a lot of them seem to be either hungover or strung out from the previous nights escapades.
Unsavoury clientele passed out in the booth with their oh so attractice girlfriend, I won’t be back.

I don’t usually review fast food places but I can’t help it I’m an addict for 1.39 plus tax 1.56 small coffee and muffin deal. You just can’t beat it! I just notice this location has really bad reviews but out of all the drive thru McD I go to this place has the friendliest stuff never gets my order wrong! And service with a smile!

I’m not usually one to review places like Mcdonalds but this one has… sentimental value. My partner and I live in the area so any time that we have a night of drinking and get the inevitable itch to roam around and eat greasy food we head over here. It’s one of the nicer McDonalds as far as layout goes, a warmer, classier atmosphere, tvs, fire place, wifi, wood. The service is typical and they’ve never messed up our order.

I’ve had it with this McDonald’s. After eating at this McDonald’s, I’ve received raw bacon with my Mcmuffin and Filet O Fish with the cold virus attached. Yes, the bacon was completely raw and I did get an exchange for a new McMuffin. After eating the Filet O Fish, I got a cold the next day. I rarely get colds. No one around me had a cold except when I witness someone sneezing and coughing while preparing food at McDonald’s. The dude must have sneezed at my Filet O Fish.
