Bad help here Do not check orders to see that they are for the customer that order them and paid for them. When fronting them they said it was me fault that I should have checked the bag to see that I didn’t receive some one else’s order Will not be going here again Bad Bad

People do do reviews for fastfood places! A&W being a franchise and all, you can’t really comment on the taste of food too much, although A&W has some great quality burgers; the food preparation and service though, we can talk about… mine was fine and everything was speedy and normal!
Go for: restaurant quality burger without the high price tag, quick drivethru, seating areas are clean, they always mailing out those coupons
Don’t go for: cheap burgers offered by the competition, excellent and happy looking staff (what can you really expect?), a date (or go for a date, the burgers are pretty good!)

Went through the drive through this morning early. The fellow working the window was wearing jeans and old dirty looking sneakers (not a good representation of the restaurant). The place wasn’t busy AT ALL so I thought the success of getting what I asked for would be fairly high. Ordered two things and when I got to work I found only one of the two in the bag. Disappointing and enough to steer clear of a place that doesn’t have pride in the way their employees look and can’t focus enough to get one small order correct.

Horrible service! If u go to this a&w make sure you go in and get your food so you can check it in front of the employees. Went threw drive threw as I was in a rush. Order a double papa burger and that was the only thing they got right. Burger was over cooked tho, they didn’t ask me fries or onion rings, they just put onion ring in. Ordered a rootbeer and got coke, only ¾ filled as well and didn’t put any condiments or even a straw in the bag. Not going back there again!

If you can help it, don’t go. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Crappy service. Arrogant attitude. They ignore you as you stand there waiting. Dry dry food. It’s never busy here.

Older location, been here for decades. Prob better to go during the day, if u know what i mean…

We got a coupon in the mail for two teen burgers for 10 bucks. However this price was too much given the service we received.
The floor to wait to order was sticky. We had to wait 20 mins just to order because their was only one person on till– during dinner time.
When we did order my friends burger with no mayo came with extra mayo.
The entire staff spoke in a foreign language to each other in front of guests. Super unprofessional.
For a fast food restaurant you’d expect fast service. But it’s slow and the only thing that stands out is the poor service.
The entire place smells like grease and old people.
Go to another A&W if you can help it.

It feels weird reviewing a fast food place, but here goes. Received some coupons in the mail and thought, haven’t been to A+W in forever, I could go for a frosted mug! The cool thing about the coupons were that they could each be used five times, saving paper is awesome! This location must be sketchy because at 8 o’clock in the evening you have to wander all around trying to get in because they lock most of the doors and barricade them with chairs (no lie!) Also, it was dead. Like post apocalyptic dead with rolling tumble weeds. Yet our order took forever and the girl behind the counter didn’t both walking our tray to us, she just yelled. Not to be snobby but they always walk stuff you wait for out to you at Wendy’s! haha. Guess they really need coupons to drum up business because I think A+W has one toe in the grave, I would never go there and pay full price, they fall in at nando’s pricing which is way more delicious!

Service was slow. Maybe they need to put another person on the shift during the lunch rush.
They also ran out of chicken strips and wouldn’t let me use my coupon or substitute it for anything else. This location doesn’t seem to care about customers.

Worse service ever!!! Food took 30 mins to get ready and it’s a «fast-​food» place… The drive thru person didn’t let us know the wait time when we ordered and was very rude…
