Red Fig Tree Café

If I’m feeling a bit lazy, or I’ve parked closer to the supermarket than I normally would, or I’m shopping with my wife, I like to stop for a coffee at Red Fig Tree Café.
The atmosphere is, well, a reflection of the rest of the shopping centre and not the result of anything the shop itself has done. It’s really fairly nondescript, but it’s a hell of a lot better than it’s surroundings. There’s a fair bit of seating available, and it generally isn’t that big a deal if you sit down with a loaded trolley next to your table.
Coffee here is alright. It’s never been awful, and occasionally been really good, but usually it’s just average. The people who run the shop are nice enough.
Bottom line is that it’s convenient and generally alright.
