Friendly staff and good service. This store has an assortment of pastries and cakes and also serves you coffee in a black Gloria jeans mug. Bad cell phone reception. The coffee’s are made consistently with well trained staff.

Despite all the bad reviews given by others, I find this a pretty nice place to just chill. I was craving for a Starbucks frap but wasn’t sure if they had it here but i thought i’ll try my luck!
Told the lady that’s what I wanted and she recommended mudslide mocha which was pretty much the same thing. Very friendly and nice. The atmosphere here is pretty good too. Wasn’t too noisy and I managed to get through a few chapters of my book while enjoying my drink!
The setup and decoration of the place was rather nice and the fake fireplace was a nice touch too!
Would have given this place 5 star if they had put on a lid for me (Starbucks does that so that was my expectation). Also if they cleaned their tables more often that would be cool. Quite a few empty tables still had cups etc on it.

Service here is good & most of the staff friendly. Coffee is not the best, but still drinkable (at least better than instant coffee). The best part is the free babycino with the purchase of every drink. This has become my family’s favourite hang-​out place in The Glen shopping centre.

Personally, I think toilet water is more appealing than a Gloria Jeans coffee. Every experience I have had at this place has been bad.
Service is generally okay, but even that fails to make up for the fact that the coffee is terrible. If you pour enough sugar into it, then yes, it’s drinkable, but really whats the point of buying it if you need to completely change the taste?
There are many better options for coffee at the Glen.
