Tucked in behind Toorak Road near the Woolworths/​Safeway is this carvery. It’s just adjacent to the Woolworths Car Park (known as the Jackson Street Carpark) — near the rear of Laurent.
Roast Beef, Pork, Chicken and Lamb Rolls. All served with gravy. Enough said. :)
Roast sandwiches are about $ 7, rolls about $ 7.50. Not the cheapest but great comfort food when you need it.
I’ve only had the rolls but they also do chicken schnitzel sandwiches and take away roast boxes — think meat and veg. — for when you feel like a roast but don’t have the time or can’t be bothered.
Homemade desserts also available.
