Tag Heuer Boutique

Recently bought a calibre 5 from Gregory and was referred back to the Tag boutique about ordering a smaller leather strap as it’d be easier for them to obtain. The man who «served» me was obnoxious and condescending. When I mentioned the current strap on my watch was too big for me, he stuck up his nose and said «no, the strap is NOT too big, your wrist is just very tiny.» Riiighhhhtt… then he went on about how he also had a small wrist as well and that his buckle was done very high up, but that obviously my wrist was just «too small». So, without even consulting his damn book he just told me there was no strap that would fit my wrist.
Ended up going back to the place i bought my watch and told them what happened. They emailed Tag; lo and behold — they can order in a smaller size from Switzerland! Simple! It took one bloody email!
Never setting foot in this «boutique» again!
