Cross Fit allows you to work on your own or work with a trainer and the training schedule is different each day. Its high intensity for short periods of time and as many reps as you can do within a 15 – 20 minute time span. The work outs are a combination of weights, sprinting & gymnastics There are multiple locations across Melbourne, South Yarra, Richmond and St Kilda to name a few.
