Yum yum yum yum yum… who doesn’t love a good macaroon or almond croissant?!
This bakery/​café is just what the stomach ordered if you are looking for a tasty treat. Over the years I have sampled many of the treats here and they are all amazing. I would recommend popping in near Easter to grab a hot cross bun or two. The macaroons are great all flavors are wonderful and have that perfect mix of crunch goo and stickiness. The coffee is normally a pretty good standard and you get a sweet little biccie on top!
You might have to wait a little bit as it is very popular and there is never enough tables on the weekend but it is worth it if you can be patient!

During my recent trip to Paris I fell in love with chocolate eclairs. Since returning I have searched high and low for a patisserie in Perth that makes them the way they do in Paris, with a chocolate cream filling, and this place comes pretty damn close to what you would find in a Parisian patisserie. The pastry is a little different and the icing is slightly sweeter but all in all, enough to satisfy my cravings! I can’t review much other than the eclairs and macaroons, but they are both amazing — however there is a range of other sweets and pastries, and there are some savoury lunch options.
The service is great too — I was served by a French staff member who was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The pricing is really quite reasonable too.
The café is a little hard to find, but in a great location. On a nice day I would recommend heading down to the river to walk off the calories after your visit!

This place knows how to make a macaron! Such a fantastic range of flavours on offer too! My friend got me a raspberry one and a salted caramel on when I was in hospital last year and they definitely put a smile on my dial.
Since then I’ve also enjoyed some of their pastries and they are divine!

You’ll find the best macaroons in Perth right here. Oh my goodness they are sweet and zesty and the texture is crisp on the outside, chewy on the in — world-​stopping stuff. Great flavour range too: from memory, there’s about 30 different types including pistachio, raspberry, beetroot, lime, all those bright, lovely breeds. ALSO AMAZING: the almond croissants. So flaky, so sweet. And the coffees here are really creamy and perfectly roasted. So many favourite things! Thank you France!
