Redfern Post Office

This is one of the few post offices in Sydney without massive queues.
Well, maybe I just got lucky on the days I’ve visited, but this little PO does seem quieter than most.
That said, when I went to renew my passport, the staff did not fill me with confidence that they knew what they were doing. I had all my forms ready, and they said I’d have to make an appointment with the Department of Immigration first. Given this was an Australian Passport renewal, I thought that was rather odd. Anyway, I won’t bore you with the details: the important thing for anyone to know about a Post Office: this one is not too busy! Bonza.
