From On High

Only discovered this Café a few months ago, and it’s already a favourite. The food is delightful, incredible, fresh, taste tingling, great creations and food comes out quite quickly. Though it’s small inside, the staff will be of incredible service assisting wherever needed. I love the bake beans way too much as well as the vodka cured fish.

Nice smooth coffee, excellent home baked muffins. (Decent size as well, unlike other cafes that serve you a micro muffin and want 5 bucks)

In what stands as a new café addition to High Street Prahran, sits a cute little café.
From on high, has been open since the first of November or thereabouts and I’ve
been really lucky to stumble upon it. The staff here are really friendly, as it’s also
under new ownership. What was previously here has been given a re-​vamp and
a renovation. Nice clean presentation and design; clean white with tilling at the
counter.
There are little cakes and baked treats available in the display cabinet, and one
of the great breakfast options is a divine mushroom and feta dish on thick cut
sourdough toast with watercress, Yummo. Ethiopia single origin coffee, and 3
separate types of coffee by the machine, each with their own grinders. It’s a
favourite nieghbourhood café already and a nice one at that. Sandwiches and croissants are on the menu too so one won’t be stuck for choice. All are welcome
here, and take away coffee is offered. This looks set to get busy.
